Starting out as a knitwear manufacturer in Australia in 1952 the brand continues to supply Australian designed products to this day. After transitioning to overseas production at the turn of the century, MTF established an international office by 2000 & grew links with multiple production partners. Cementing their position as one of Australia & New Zealand’s leading knitwear & clothing producers.

With an all-Australian design team that is up to date with the latest trends & technical advances in garment production, specialising in Australian-grown, machine-washable wools.

The MTF product range includes ladies’ & men’s knitwear. All the MTF knitwear in Australian merino wool & wool-rich blends proudly carries a Woolmark swing ticket, showing that the products meet the strict guidelines required to carry the Woolmark symbol.
