FAQ's

Can I get a physical sample first?
You can - there is a cost of $150 per sample. A sample is one pair. The leadtime is around 4 weeks. Getting a sample first does not alter the standard delivery times listed above.

Can I get a faster delivery?
Unfortunately no - the leadtimes outlined above are the fastest available.

Can I get a custom thread colour that is not part of the standard colours?

You can request a custom thread, however the leadtime to source / produce the colour is 12 - 14 weeks. There is a MOQ of 60 pairs and there are extra costs involved. If you'd like to explore this option please let us know.

What format do you need my artwork in?
Ideally EPS format, if you don't have an EPS file we can create one for you as part of the setup process.

Are there any restrictions on the artwork design?
The knitting mill will advise us if there any any issues with your artwork during the mockup stage. However some things to keep in mind.

  • Fonts should be at least 5mm in height
  • Fades or gradients colours can not be accommodated
  • Keylines are generally too thin, don't look great and don't work out
  • Very fine lines and wispy flourishes should be avoided, they don't work
  • Try to keep the design to 4 colours for maximum impact
  • The overall idea is | simple, chunky artwork with limited colours to produce the best results.

Can I get a custom layout / design for the Gel Grippers on the bottom of my socks?
Yes, this is possible however extra costs are involved and it also increases the production team time by at least 21 days. You will also need to provide your gripper design in EPS format.

What colour are the Grippers?
All grippers are clear in colour. However on orders over 300 pairs coloured gel grippers are available at an extra cost.

I'd like to order socks as a Christmas gift for my Club, Business, Team, Friends etc. When should I get my order in?
The lead-up to Christmas is a whirlwind! To make sure you get exactly what you want without any hiccups, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. If you're not after any extras like grippers, headers, a physical sample or custom thread colours, shoot for mid-October order placement. But if you do want any fancy extras, you'll need to think ahead and order well before mid-October to avoid the rush.
