Digital Transfer Process Note 📝
Digital Transfers are a multi step process involving several machines. When you receive your items, there may be a "bruise" around the print area, this is completely normal. After the first wash 🧼 this will reduce and in most cases disappear.

Pricing is based on:

• Artwork size (square cm area) 📐

• Quantity of the same design being printed at once 🏭

Minimum Order Quantities

• New Artwork : 12 units for clothing 👕 caps 🧢 or bags 🎒  

• Repeat Artwork : 1 unit for clothing & bags | 12 units for caps 🧢

Maximum Printable Area 📏

• 380mm wide x 420mm length 

Artwork Format

• EPS only with fonts created to outlines 🖼️

• If you don’t have an EPS file, we offer redraw services ✏️

New Artwork Approval Method 🖌️

For new customers (or existing customers with new artwork), the Branding Setup Fee includes a physical strike off of your design on fabric for approval. Once approved, our machines store your artwork for future use. No repeat setup fees unless artwork changes are made or you select a different branding method.

Note: The strike off is provided on sample fabric, not the exact product fabric. However, it’s an exact replica of how your logo will look 👀 in bulk production, same size, same colour, same everything! 🌟
