Most of our product lines are what's known as "stock service", which is an industry term for something that is kept on hand & manufactured again & again when it runs out. Your team's uniform won't disappear when you need it most.

We keep all of your order details on file from products purchased, to sizes & colours ordered as well as artwork for effortless repeatability.
- Urgent orders 🚨 & tight deadlines are rarely an issue since we control the whole process in house.
The Details You Need
✅ No Minimum Order (on repeat branded orders)
- Need just one more more hoodie. That's fine.
- If you don't need branding, you have no minimum order quantity for most products.
- A few labels (like FlexFit & Logoline), do have minimums. These are noted on those particular product pages.
✅ Branding Minimums

Most of our branding services (like Embroidery, DTG & DTF Printing ) require a minimum of 12 pieces for new artwork.
- It's an artwork branding method minimum, so that can be spread out across tees, polos, hoodies etc as long as it's the exact same artwork & method being applied.

The good news: Most branding options have no minimum on repeat orders once the artwork is set up.
- Personal Name Embroidery is always available for single garments & select products.

Automatic & Bulk Discounts

Any web orders (or quote requests) for $825 inc. GST or more automatically have a discount applied in your cart. No coupon codes.
- For branded orders, each method (embroidery, printing, engraving etc.) has its own quantity based discounts,
- If you're a frequent or high volume customer, talk to us about loyalty & ongoing wholesale discounts tailored to your regular ordering needs.

Urgent Orders: 🚨
- Yes, we can usually pull it off! Our in house branding team can process urgent branded orders, for an extra charge.
The fee is based on what you need and how fast you need it.

Delivery Leadtimes 🚚
- Unbranded orders for plain products typically ship within 3 - 7 business days

These sizing methods (Garment Measuring vs. Body Measuring) are not interchangeable, so follow the instructions on each product page.

Returns & Exchanges
- Change your mind? Wrong size? We get it.
- We offer store credit (no refunds) for change of mind, which you can use on anything on the site, it never expires.
- Items must be returned within 14 days.
- Be in "like new" condition with original tags, bags, etc.
- Has not been custom branded.
- Heads Up: A restocking fee applies if you return 6 or more items.
