    Pricing is determined by

    • Artwork size (specifically, the stitch count)

    • Quantity of the same embroidery run at one time 🧵

    Once we review your artwork, we’ll calculate the stitch count and email a personalised quote based on your design 📐

    1-5* | 6-19 | 20-49 | 50-99 | 100-199 | 200+ 📉
    (*applies to repeat orders only)

    Minimum Order Quantities 📦:

    • New Artwork: 12 units for clothing & beanies, 12 units for caps 🧢👕

    • Repeat Artwork: 1 unit for clothing & beanies, 12 units for caps 🧢


    Maximum Brandable Area 📏

    • 230mm wide x 230mm length 


    Artwork Format :

    • EPS is best with fonts created to outlines
    • But most hi res artwork files will do the job!


    New Artwork Approval Method 🖌️

    For new customers (or existing customers with new artwork), the Branding Setup Fee includes a physical sample stitch 🪡 out of your glow embroidery on fabric for approval. Once approved, our machines store your artwork for future use. No repeat setup fees unless artwork changes are made or you select a different branding method.

    Note: The stitch out is provided on sample fabric, not the exact product fabric. However, it’s an exact replica of how your logo will look 👀 in bulk production, same size, same colour, same everything! 🌟

    Our picking & packing lead time is the time between when you place your order & when we send it out. 

    The countdown kicks off as soon as we receive your payment &, if your order includes custom branding, once you've given us the thumbs up in writing for any branding quotes and/or branding samples / mockups.

    Naturally, this lead time does not include the time it takes for your order to travel from our doorstep to yours. That bit will vary depending on where you're located.

    We offer several pick & pack lead times which are product specific. This leadtime is indicated on the individual product page directly above the “Add to Cart Button”. You will also be reminded of these pick & pack lead times when you proceed to check out, before you submit your cart. 

    Products Marked Standard | without branding    , typically* ship out to you within 3 - 7 business days.

    Products Marked International Direct | without branding, typically* ship out to you within 10 - 15 business days.

    Orders with custom branding, typically* ship to out you within 10 - 15 business days.
