How it works | Your artwork is printed onto a clear film using specialised printers 🖨️ and inks. This film is then coated with an adhesive powder and heat 🔥 cured to lock in the design. After cooling ❄️ the film is cut to size and heat pressed onto your chosen product, ensuring sharp colours and a fantastic feel.

Our DTF printer uses CMYK ink plus white ink for vibrant 🌟 colour, especially on dark fabrics. The white ink enhances colour vibrancy and expands the range of printable colours. However the white ink but may be slightly noticeable in certain colour shades. This is a normal characteristic of DTF printing and is simply the result of how the printer layers and blends ink to create the desired colours and effects 🎨

DTF Process Note 📝
DTF printing is a multi step process involving several machines. When you receive your items, there may be a "bruise" around the print area, this is completely normal. After the first wash 🧼 this will reduce and in most cases disappear.

Pricing is based on:

• Artwork size

• Quantity of the same print being run at once
  
  

Our first 6 price breaks by quantity are 

• 1-5* | 6-19 | 20-49 | 50-99 | 100-249 etc
  *only applies to repeat orders.

Minimum Order Quantities

• New Artwork : 12 units for Clothing 👕 Bags 🎒 or Caps 🧢

• Repeat Artwork : 1 unit for Clothing  👕 & Bags 🎒 | 12 units for Caps 🧢

Maximum Printable Area 📏

• 350mm wide x 450mm length 

Artwork Format 🎨

• EPS is best but hi res TIFF is also OK

New Artwork Approval Method 🖌️

For new customers (or existing customers with new artwork), the Branding Setup Fee includes a physical strike off of your DTF print on fabric for approval. Once approved, our machines store your artwork for future use. No repeat setup fees unless artwork changes are made or you select a different branding method.

Note: The stitch out is provided on sample fabric, not the exact product fabric. However, it’s an exact replica of how your logo will look 👀 in bulk production, same size, same colour, same everything! 🌟
