Want to know how to get a quote for printed & embroidered uniforms, merch and workwear? 🤔


We’ve made it easy.

Whether you need a quote to get a Purchase Order approved by your accounts team or you want to add your logo or branding but aren't sure of the costs, you don't need to send us a complicated spreadsheet.

The 5 Step Process:

1. Fill Your Cart  🛒

Browse the site and add items to your cart just like a normal shop.
Focus on getting the right styles, sizes and colours for your team.

(Don't stress if you aren't 100% sure on the sizes yet, we can easily adjust this for you later).


2. Tick the "Quote" Box
 ✅

When you are ready, go to the Cart Page.

Look for the checkbox that asks:

"Need a quote to add custom branding?"

Select YES. ✅

This tells our system that this isn't a standard order yet and that you need us to review it first.


3. Add Branding (Optional)

If you know exactly what you need (e.g., Embroidery or DTG Printing), feel free to find those service items on our site and add them to your cart.
Including the "Set Up" fees and branding methods helps us process your quote faster.

Not sure what you need? No problem.

You don't need to be an expert. Just leave the branding items off the list and proceed to the next step. Our team will contact you to discuss the best branding options and costs for your specific gear.

(Note: Our branding minimums generally start at 12 items. Except for Personal Names Embroidery read more on branding here).


4. Select "Quote Request" at Payment

Click "Go to Check Out", enter your shipping details and proceed to the Payment Stage.

  • Select Option #4: "Quote Request (No payment required)."

  • Click: "Complete Order."

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Can't see the Quote Option? If you have Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay enabled on your device, these apps will try to auto-fill your credit card details and hide the Quote option.
How to fix it:

  1. Select "Alternative Payment Methods" (or "Checkout as Guest") to return to the standard checkout screen.

  2. This will reveal Option #4.
You should NOT enter any credit card details. (If you accidentally paid because an app auto-completed the order, don't panic. Email us immediately so we can address it with you).

5. Send Us Your Artwork 🎨

Once you hit "Complete Order," your quote request is sent to us.

To speed things up, please email your logo/artwork files to info@houseofuniforms.com.au along with any specific notes (e.g., "Logo on Left Chest").


What happens next?

Our team will review your list personally to determine Branding Feasibility. This isn't just a price check, we are analysing your specific combination of logos, fabric types  and garment colours. We check :

  • Feasibility & Finish: Will your specific logo look good on the fabric you selected? (e.g., Ensuring a complex logo won't sink into a fleece texture or that the colours won't clash).

  • Best Branding Method: We determine if Embroidery, DTG or DTF Printing will give you the best result at the most cost effective price.

  • Formal Quote: We then email you an all inclusive, itemised, PDF quote that covers the garments, the branding setup and the application fees.


Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need a quote to get Bulk Discounts? 💵
    NO. If you don't need custom branding, requesting a quote is unnecessary and will slow down your order. Our website is smart, it automatically calculates bulk discounts in your cart for orders over $825.
    If you want blank items (no logos), you can view the discount in your cart and checkout immediately.

  • Why do you need to see my artwork before quoting? 🎨
    Because every logo is different. We need to assess your file to see if it is suitable for the branding method you want. (For example, we might spot that your logo has fine details that won't embroider well and suggest a Digital Print instead). Seeing your artwork at the start, allows us to quote you accurately from the beginning.
