The newest innovation from Grey's Anatomy, the Evolve Collection, features CiCLO technology.

In a nutshell, CiCLO technology is a sustainable textile innovation. It takes the form of an additive that gets blended with polyester & nylon right at the start of the fibre making process through melt extrusion.

The CiCLO additive works its magic by creating numerous biodegradable spots within the plastic matrix. In certain environments, naturally occurring microbes can then break down the material, mimicking the natural fibre degradation process. So, when Ciclo fibres find their way into the environment, they behave just like natural fibers.

What sets CiCLO fibers apart is not just their environmental impact but also the commitment to chemical safety. The chemistry used in crafting CiCLO is ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX® certified. This certification independently verifies that CiCLO ingredients meet the criteria for ecologically responsible textile manufacturing.

Furthermore, to prove its mettle in real-world scenarios, CiCLO undergoes biodegradation studies. These studies adhere to internationally recognised respiratory test methods established by The American Society for Testing & Materials (ASTM). The aim? To measure the genuine mineralisation of plastics in diverse environments. Showing, it's not just a claim – but a commitment backed by science.
