Product Description

Digital transfers are essentially very special, high-performance, machine washable decals (called vinyls) made specifically for application onto clothing, hats and bags. 

Standard digital transfers are a great option if you have a lot of colours in your design & only need a small quantity printed.

Pro's :

  • Bright colours & high vibrancy
  • Ultra-high detail
  • Ultra-high resolution
  • High stretchability
  • Can match Pantone colours
  • High versatility in terms of fabrics & where it can be applied
  • Great for small runs

Con's :

  • Sits on top of the fabric so depending on the artwork may not seem "at one" with the product
  • Not suitable for some fabrics such as polar fleece or wool
  • Shouldn't go in the clothes dryer
  • Some fabrics may have a bruise* from the application process
  • Very small or fine text may need an outline added


Best for :

  • smooth fabrics (although textured fabrics work, expect to see some of the texture in the print)
  • Singlets, Tees, Polo Shirts, Hoodies, Jumpers, Jackets, Bags & Caps - infact most apparel, bags & headwear.


*Please keep in mind that Digital Transfer branding is a multi-step print process involving several machines. It is likely when you receive your items that they may have a "bruise" around the print area. This is totally normal & will reduce & in many cases disappear fully after the first wash.

  • Add the quantity of Transfer prints you require to your cart (you'll need one Transfer print for each product & position)
  • If the order requires new artwork, add one Branding Set Up Fee.
  • Proceed to Checkout & select "I just need a quote" (no payment is required at checkout when this option is selected)
  • Email us your artwork
  • We'll send you back an itemised quote
  • Please note : we only brand on items that have been purchased from us


Pricing & Minimums :

Pricing for Digital Transfer is determined by:

  • The size of the artwork (square cm area)
  • The quantity of the same print design being run at anyone time

The first 3 price breaks by quantity are :

  • 1-99 | 100 - 249 | 250 - 499 etc
     

Minimum Order Quantities :

For new artwork : 8 units for clothing & 12 units for caps

For repeat artwork : 1 unit for clothing & 12 units for caps

Maximum Printable Area :

  • 380mm wide x 420mm length 


Artwork Format :

  • EPS only with fonts created to outlines. If you don't have an EPS file we can arrange to get your artwork redrawn for you. Please note there is a cost associated with artwork redraws.


New Artwork Approval Method :

For new customers or existing customers with new artwork your Digital Transfer branding setup fee covers the cost of producing a physical strike off of your artwork on a swatch of fabric* for approval. Once approved your artwork is stored in our machine for future use. You won't need to pay any repeat order setup fees, unless you change or modify your artwork or branding method.

*Please note : the strike off is prepared on sampling fabric which won't be the same fabric as your products. The strike off is an exact replication of how your logo will be on your completed garments. Exact means - same size, same colour, same everything.

Our picking & packing lead time is the time between when you place your order & when we send it out

The countdown kicks off as soon as we receive your payment &, if your order includes custom branding, once you've given us the thumbs up in writing for any branding quotes and/or branding samples / mockups.

Naturally, this lead time does not include the time it takes for your order to travel from our doorstep to yours. That bit will vary depending on where you're located.

We offer several pick & pack lead times which are product specific. This leadtime is indicated on the individual product page directly above the “Add to Cart Button”. You will also be reminded of these pick & pack leadtimes when you proceed to check out, before you submit your cart. 

Products Marked Rapid | without branding
, typically* ship out to you within 1 business day

Products Marked Standard | without branding, typically* ship out to you within 3 - 7 business days.

Products Marked International Direct | typically* ship out to you within 10 - 15 business days.

Orders with custom branding, typically* ship to out you within 10 - 15 business days.
