Christmas Holidays | Opening Times | Delivery Cut Offs

We wish everyone the very best for Christmas & the New Year.

It's been a busy year for all of us at House of Uniforms & we will be taking a short break over the Christmas period.

We've listed some important key dates below.

The last day for pickups, collections & appointments is :
Tuesday the 21st of December by 5pm.

Our last day for 2021 is :
Wednesday the 22nd of December - we close at 12 noon on this day & will only be here to dispatch the last lot of orders via courier.

Our showroom & reception will not be open, so over the counter collections will not be available.

We return to work on :
Wednesday the 5th of January at 9am.

Shipments for 2022 commence on :
Wednesday the 5th of January.


Orders for Unbranded items & Products

  • Web orders & orders for unbranded garments will follow the standard quoted leadtimes (as per the individual product information page). However during our holiday period the "pause button" will apply. Meaning if you place an order 2 days prior to us going on holidays & the quoted leadtime is 7 business days, your order will be shipped 5 business days after we reopen in the New Year.

  • If you place a web order during our break then it will be processed on our first day back - hence leadtimes commence at that point.

  • The last day for you to collect items from us is Tuesday the 21st of December at 5pm.

  • Our last courier shipment day for 2021 is Wednesday the 22nd of December.

Orders for Branded Uniforms & Products

  • The last day to place a branded order for shipment prior to Christmas is Monday the 6th of December by 5pm.

  • Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to be completed prior to the Christmas holidays.

  • An urgent order surcharge will apply to those placing orders for branded items after 7th of December who require shipment prior to Christmas.

  • The last day for you to collect items from us is Tuesday the 21st of December at 5pm.

  • Our last courier shipment day for 2021 is Wednesday the 22nd of December.

Phone Calls / Emails / Facebook Messenger / Instant Messages / Chat etc

  • During the Christmas break none of our lines of communication will be monitored.

  • If you need to ask us something the best way is to send us an email.

  • Emails & phone messages etc will be addressed on our first day back - ie on Wednesday the 5th of January.

Supplier Warehouse Holidays

  • Please keep in mind the above dates are our holiday dates - a small number of our supply warehouses take longer breaks, which can result in delays in some instances. Unfortunately supplier warehouse closure dates are out of our control.
