Important Dates  🎄

⏰ Last Day Before We Clock Off for 2025

  • Final pickups, couriers & showroom appts
    Friday 19th Dec 2025 at 12 noon.

  • Phones switch off, emails replies end
    Friday 19th Dec 2025 at 12 noon.

  • We’re on break from 12 noon, Friday 19th of December 2025.


🎉 Returning in 2026

  • Back on deck : Monday 5th January at 8:30am
    (Phones will be off until 12 noon so our CS team has time to get underway)

  • Showroom appointments & order collections resume :
    Tuesday 6th January from 9am

  • Shipments resume : Monday 5th of January 📦

📦 Unbranded Orders

  • Normal lead times apply but during our Christmas break we hit pause ⏸️

  • Example : Based on our standard pick and pack leadtime, if you place an order 2 days before we close, the remaining 5 days resumes when we return on the 5th of January 2026.

  • Orders placed during the break start counting from the 5th of January 2026.

  • Last day to place an unbranded order for pre Christmas shipment :
    10th of December 2025 by 5pm.


🧵 Branded Orders

  • Last day for pre Christmas shipment :

    • New artwork : order by Monday 1st of December by 5pm

    • Repeat artwork : order by Thursday 4th of Dec by 5pm

  • Anything after these dates = not guaranteed to ship before Christmas 🎄

  • Need it before Christmas but ordering after 4th of December?
    An urgent order surcharge applies and only if production can work back late to complete your order.

Phones, Emails & all the other pings 📧 ☎️

  • During the break our Customer Service Team is on leave.

  • There is no one here to respond to any phone calls, emails or messages.

    You're email will be assigned a number and we'll reply from oldest to newest once we’re back on the 5th of January 2026.

  • Please don’t resend your email it bumps you to the back of the queue.

  • Phones go live again at 12pm on 5th January 2026.

  • Our aim is to respond to all messages on our first day back, however we can not anticipate the volume of messages our Customer Service team will have to work through. During the 2024 break we received over 750 emails to reply to, this took us 2 days to work through. So please be patient, we will get to you. 

🏭 Supplier Warehouse Holidays

A handful of suppliers take longer breaks than us (most are back by 12th of Jan 2026). If they’re closed, we can’t make them open but we move fast once stock starts flowing.
