We've listed our key dates below.

Last day for order pickups, courier shipments & showroom appointments for 2024 is :
Thursday the 19th of December at 5pm

Our last work day for 2024 is :
Friday the 20th of December
Our phones shut off at 12noon on this day.
Our showroom & reception will not be open at any time on this day.

Our first day back in 2025 is :
Monday the 6th of January 2024 at 8.30am.
To give our customer service team time to get underway with processing the backlog of work from the break, our phones will not be active until 12 noon.

Our showroom will be open for appointments & order collections 
from Tuesday the 7th of January.

Shipments for 2025 resume on :
Monday the 6th of January.


Orders for Unbranded items

• Orders for unbranded items follow the quoted leadtimes (as per the individual product info page). However during our holiday period we hit the "pause button". Meaning if you place an order 2 business days prior to us going on holidays & the quoted leadtime is 7 business days, your order will be shipped approximately 5 business days after we reopen in the New Year.
  
  
• If you place an order during our break then quoted leadtimes commence from our first day back, which is Monday the 6th of January 2025.
  
  

Orders for Branded Items

• The last day to place a branded order for shipment prior to Christmas, is Monday the 2nd of December by 5pm.
  
  
• Orders requiring branding, placed after this date, are not guaranteed to be shipped prior to the Christmas holidays.
  
  
• An urgent order surcharge will apply to those placing orders for branded items after 2nd of December who 100% require shipment prior to Christmas. This is assuming that our production team are available to work back late to complete your order.
  
  
• The last day to place an order for unbranded items, for shipment prior to Christmas, is the 13th of December 2024.

• The last day for you to collect orders from us in 2024 is Thursday the 19th of December at 5pm.
  
  
• Our last courier collection for 2024 is 3pm Thursday the 19th of December.
  
  

Phone Calls / Emails / Facebook Messenger / Instant Messages / Chat etc

• During the Christmas break none of our lines of communication will be monitored.
  
  
• If you need to ask us something, the best way is to send us an email. Your email will be allocated a request number by our system. We will commence responding to these, in order of receipt, when we return to work on Monday the 6th of January 2025.
  
  
• Our aim is to respond to all messages on our first day back, however we can not anticipate the volume of emails our Customer Service team will have to work through. Over the 2023 break we had over 750 emails to reply to which took us 2 days to work through. So please be patient, we will get to you. We recommend not resending your email as this will cause your request to be assigned a new receipt date, which will move you down the queue.
  
  
• Please note | to allow our customer service team time to commence processing the backlog of work from the Christmas break they will not be available via phone until 12 noon on our first day back.

Supplier Warehouse Holidays

• Please keep in mind the above dates are our holiday dates. A small number of our supply warehouses take longer breaks, which can result in delays with some brands in the New Year. Unfortunately supplier warehouse closure dates are out of our control. Most are usually back by the 13th of January. We will process your order as fast as humanly possible.
